Hello I'm Ian Parkin and I'd like to take this opportunity to tell you a little about myself.

I live in Australia, in Manly, on Sydney's northern beaches, and have worked from home for a long, long time.

I now enjoy multiple streams of passive home business income, because I became successful in affiliate, network and appreciation marketing methods.

I'm a retired psychic, I know that sounds a little crazy, but that is what I've been involved in (on and off) for the last 25 years. I have owned and operated a retail bookstore, an alternative health centre, and I've had my own Hypnosis/NLP practice and seminar promotion business too.

I've been a bit of a globe trotter as well. I grew up in England, migrated to Australia and along the way I've also worked and lived in the USA, India, and Northern Cyprus, but mainly I've lived in and out of the UK and Australia.

And probably for a lower price than you can offer! So why would anyone choose to do business with YOU?

The answer is simply because they like you and because they have a relationship with you.

In our fast-paced and automated world many business people and service providers have fallen for the emyth that an email or a text message is a sufficient way to say thank you.
